Aleksander Heimrath
Aleksander is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in building scalable platforms and leading high-performing engineering teams. He previously served as CTO at CANDIS, where he scaled the engineering team, improved system architecture for performance and developer velocity, and supported board-level reporting and fundraising. Prior to that, he was CTO at Alteos, where he built a modern core insurance platform from the ground up and led the company through critical regulatory audits under AXA Germany. Aleksander’s background spans FinTech, InsurTech, B2B SaaS, and E-Commerce, with a consistent focus on aligning technology execution with business strategy.

Konstanty Sliwowski
Konstanty brings over 20 years of hiring and leadership experience across industries and regions. After founding and leading two specialist recruitment and executive search firms through successful mergers and exits, he established the School of Hiring, a best-in-class training program designed to equip leaders with the skills and systems needed to interview, hire, and build high-performing teams. The School of Hiring helps companies develop the tools and structures that enable better hiring decisions, sharper interview processes, and stronger business outcomes. Building on this foundation, Konstanty co-founded Mocklly to bring the same real-world hiring expertise into an AI-driven interview preparation platform. Over the course of his career, he has interviewed more than 12,000 candidates, made over 1,000 successful hires, and developed hiring systems that help organizations scale faster and more predictably. Konstanty’s work focuses on building better, more impactful hiring experiences for both individuals and companies.
